^^^youre talking integra right? Stock is 13mm for 94-97 and 14mm for 98+. Just keep the stock front sway and do the ITR rear bar. Although the solid whiteline is a nice piece too.

Just to confirm Mikie one point in time I had the anodized black Asr brace on my eg. And you couldn't see it unless you knew. Still looked clean too. I also didn't know beaks made a brace, I thought they only had the tie bar.

Yeah the beaks rear tie-bar + backing plates is the brace. Lol what a joke of engineering. Its actually been around before ASR and Function 7 came around.

Oh ya I forgot they made those asr braces in black!
Well just to clear the air beaks does make a sway bar reinforcement kit, it isn't a brace such as the f7 or asr brace they are just pieces that your sway bar holds onto with your rear subframe. I seen they sell them as a package with the jdm itr rear sway bar on icb Motorsport. (Which they also include oem bushings)
I don't know how good the c pillar bars work yet. I have a T1R carbon fibre c pillar bar and ill give it a shot this spring and see if I notice a difference.

I have seen those collars, blox makes them too they go on the subframe and spread the force out a bit not as intense as a full brace. I also don't know anyone that has any expirence with the collars but for what they are I also think they are $$$

Like Ryan said I'm sure for anything under 22-23mm such as the oem type r sway bars I think those collars would be good enough. But if you wanted that crazy 32 mm hollow one or the 24mm one you'd require that brace. I don't see how anyone would need that 32mm one unless they are doing some serious track time.

current suspension set up is factory Honda Factory Performance spring asd struts, will be upgrading to BC coilovers once im done school in april, or something else if something better comes out, maybe the K sports, then upgrade rear 17mm sway to the 19mm sway and maybe a beaks tie bar for bling

^^^ More often than not, you'd want a larger rear sway, and a smaller front. With that done, the inherent understeer should be non existent to very manageable.

With all this suspension talk you guys should check out the lapping and track day event listings thread I just made!
I'd love to see more honda's on the track this year especially Castrol raceway. Honda's make exceptionally fast entry level cars for the track!
